Individual, Couples, Marriage & Family Therapy
A: To help us best support your healing journey, we invite you to reflect on what brings you to therapy and your hopes for our time together. While having all the answers isn't necessary, considering your personal goals can be a meaningful starting point. You will also receive and complete a few intake forms before your session, which will provide us with valuable information to support your personalized care.
A: Confidentiality is a cornerstone of our practice and key to creating a safe space for healing. What you share in therapy, whether it's individual, couple, or family therapy, is kept private. However, there are legal exceptions, such as risk of harm or abuse to yourself or others. A confidentiality agreement will be provided to clients as part of the intake process.
A: Sessions are offered virtually through HIPAA-compliant telehealth services.

Group Therapy
A: Sessions are for 6 weeks starting the week of June 16th. Each session will last for an hour. New group sessions will be announced July 2025.
A: Yes, you can still register after group starts the week of June 16th if space is available. While attending all 6 sessions is strongly encouraged for the best experience, it’s not required.
A: Each group session includes 10–15 participants.
A: This group offers a supportive space for mothers to connect with others navigating the challenges of motherhood. Led by a therapist, sessions focus on managing the emotional, mental, and practical shifts that come with parenting. It's a space for community, shared understanding, and building lasting relationships beyond the group.
A: Group therapy sessions cost $50 per session and include supervised childcare for one child. Each additional child is $10. Payment is due at the time of scheduling and must be made by credit card.
A: No, you are not required to bring your child(ren). The self-paid session will be $40 per session without a child.
A: Unfortunately, no. All sessions are paid for by the client directly.

A: Yes. For Wiggle Giggle and Fun Time While Learning, children are required to wear grip socks. Grip socks can be purchased at the facility for an additional fee.
